Our Founder and Intellectual Inspiration

Dr. Dhananjoy Ghanti, the founder and chairman of our company, was known as the “first construction chemicals chemist” in India. He was a research scientist with a remarkable eye for detail and a pioneer in the field of concrete technology and construction chemicals. Dr. Ghanti had worked with various multinational giants in the construction chemical segment for almost 35 years and developed a diverse range of cement grouts, polymer concrete, polymerized & cementitious coatings, cement & resin anchor products, pressure reactive acrylic adhesive, and other well-recognized, quality industrial brands.

Dr. Ghanti’s Legacy

Dr. Ghanti’s Lab was founded in 1980 as a knowledge center for the construction chemicals industry. Our product development unit is focused on ensuring and further strengthening the quality of our products under the skilled direction of a team of research scientists and chemists. Additionally, the research and education unit of the Lab periodically organizes educational workshops & seminars, releases white papers and offers fellowships.

Today, Er. Rudrabir Ghanti, our CEO, an Imperial College London and IIT-Delhi alumnus, carries Dr. Ghanti’s revered legacy forward. He is assisted by a team of expert and skilled structural engineers, chemical engineers, concrete technologists, research scientists, management professionals, and applicators.
